What format are the photos in? All FocusSpeed.com photos are in JPG format.
Do you add photos on a regular basis? Yes, we add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have uploaded.
Can I submit photos to sell? Right now the only photos we sell are the ones taken by FocusSpeed.com and it's partners. In the future we may consider this. However if you are interested try selling your photos please click here or cut and paste this link http://submit.shutterstock.com/?ref=53188
Do you offer refunds? No, once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. Since we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos we are unable to have our products returned therefore our standard policy is no.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the FocusSpeed.com photos that I download? Basically, most uses are permitted except reprinting with out modifying the photo, reselling or posting them as stock images, or anything that defames or slanders the models in the photo.

If I modify an image, can I claim copyright to that image? You may modify an image and use it, however, you may not claim copyright to that image. FocusSpeed.com and its suppliers continue to own all images, whether or not they have been modified.
Subscriptions
Am I required to buy a subscription to download photos from your site? No, Focusspeed.com offers two different options
- Buy pictures individually.
- By subscription, unlimited downloads for a qualified period.
If I purchase a subscription are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading from the site? No, an unlimited membership allows you full access to download any photos on our site at no extra charge.
Is account sharing allowed? No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
I bought a subscription, but it says I'm not activated, what do I do? On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system and may delay your account activation. If you have made a purchase of our yearly subscription and are not able to access photos FocusSpeed.com using your details, send a support request.
